How to match my new dress? (Advice very much needed :D!)

Hello, darlings <3!
How are you doing :D?
I'm doing pretty fine: the Christmas break is getting nearer, I've bought almost all of my Christmas gifts and I've bought some amazing new stuff on the Internet too!
But I won't show you anything until I get them <3 it's going to be a surprise ;D
In the meantime, I received that lovely new dress I bought secondhand a few weeks ago!

This is the dress:

Except its previous owner slightly modified the sleeves; she shortened them and added some pieces of black lace. It's still very pretty, and I'd been longing for that dress for like a year, so it's ok ù_u.

It is a size S, but I hadn't taken into account that asian S sizes are slightly different from ours XD so it's a little bit small on me, meaning that the sleeves don't look poofy on my shoulders and that the striped top barely covers my chest XD it doesn't reach my waistline.
But I don't really care, it's still very pretty and I like how it looks on me. Also, since I'm very short, the bottom part actually reaches my knees.

Question is: how do I match it?

Maybe I should've thought of that before buying it, I know XD. That's me, buying stuff I have no clue what to pair with.
I thought about some possible outfits. Which one do you like the most?

outfits?

And then I gave lolitizing it a thought.

outfit with new dress

And then I was clueless again. I'm 100% positive there must be other amazing outfits I can create out of this beauty, but I can't come up with anything. Can you help me, fellow alternatives? ;_; I really wish to sport it at New Year's Eve and time is running out XD!
Have a nice Sunday ;*!

My Christmas Wishlist

Let's start by saying that this is not one of those wishlists where followers/readers are supposed to pick one item and buy them for the blog's owner XD I'm just doing this because I want to show you some pretty stuff I like, ok XD? Ok :D.
So, since this is a fashion blog, I'll only share things I'm interested in fashionwise. Of course there are going to be dolls (you know exactly which dolls) but since my passion for them has roots in their amazing outfits, I think they're totally in topic.

In random order…

1. Pink oxfords.

No, ok, these ones are my top priority. I just need to have them. I'll buy them myself, I don't care, I just want them so bad.

2. Flocked Cardigan.

They've run out of my size practically everywhere, but I'm not giving up on this cardigan.

3. Red corseted skirt

I've been drooling over this skirt for ages. It isn't very expensive in itself, what scares me is shipping costs and most of all THE CUSTOM DUTIES OF DOOM.

4. White tights

5.  Blondie Locks

6. Cupid

7. Skelita Calaveras

8. Loverdose Tattoo by Diesel

This is quite unusual for me, wishing a fragrance, but I'm in love with its packaging, and its smell is just fantastic.

Uhm, I guess this is it! The other things I'd like to have are mostly figures (well, more like exclusively), but I don't want to bore you with those, since I know many of you are not familiar with mangas and animes.
Have you done your wishlists yet? What would you like to get for Christmas? You can share pics in the comment if you wish, I'm always glad to see beautiful clothes <3

New Outfits and New Purchases

I love outfit posts, they're my favourite to do and to read.
Unfortunately, I almost never manage to take proof of my outfits, since I'm always in a hurry somehow; besides, the only moments when I can take pictures is when I'm at home, so the backgrounds are quite lame XD. But I would feel so stupid posing outside where there's people, so I guess I'll never be able to take cool pics D:

[My jewelry]

I'm not really a fan of that turtleneck, but it was cold ;A; I'm aware that this dress is meant to be worn without your underwear, since it has transparent parts on the back and on the front parts, but I could barely manage to stay away from the radiator with that shirt and a wool bolero on. So.

And then there's an outfit with my new pants :D!
I really needed new black pants, since most of mine were really washed out and I guess my fellow alternative readers know what it's like, to constantly live in the fear that your black pants become grey pants. :'D

[Right-click and open in new tab to better see the pattern. There are these cute little skulls <3]

[My jewelry].

This was an everyday outfit, of course, but I like what creepers do to outfits that otherwise might have been a bit boring.

And finally, my new bracelet <3

Isn't it lovely?
I don't know what was about this bracelet that made me drool so much over it. I guess it's the autumnal colours. I love autumnal leafy landscapes, and this bracelet reminds me of that kind of stuff. <3
This beauty also got a lot of compliments <3 I think I've worn it every other day since I bought it some weeks ago XD

I hope next week I'll be able to show you guys the new dress I bought on a forum; I'd been longing for it over eBay for like a year, and now I found it secondhand at a very fair price… I know I'm going to love it!
See you next week ;*

Stay Kawaii winged hoodie review, outfit, new Ever After High doll :D

Eventually I managed to find a winged hoodie that was also quite cheap. I think it's lovely, and I really should thank Stay Kawaii for giving me the chance to buy it.

Stay Kawaii is a freshly opened shopping service run by a girl I know, and I strongly recommend it to you all. Laura, the owner, is very good at her job: she has great taste, she's very kind, her service is fast and she's always available whenever you need information or further details on her products.
As for the hoodie, I'm very satisfied with it.
It's a one size fits all, though it actually only fits XS-S-M. I wouldn't recommend it to bigger sizes; I'm an S/M and it's just fine on me. It's quite warm, perfect for middle seasons; I guess those of you who are used to cold might even use it during the winter :). The wings are super cute and they stay in their place even after staying tucked under my coat and my backpack for hours. This hoodie also came at a very fair price.

(right-click and open in new tab for better resolution)

All in all, if you live in Europe and like kawaii stuff, you should really give Stay Kawaii a try :)! I'm sure you're going to be just as satisfied as I was.

And then there's my new doll *_*!
As you surely know by now, I've always been a sucker for Monster High Dolls. They're as beautiful as they are expensive, dammit. Well; when this Ever After High spin off came out, I squeed so loud they probably heard me somewhere in Australia. The first doll to came out was Apple White, aka Snow White's daughter, and she was also the one I wanted the most.
Sadly, it was impossible to find them here. I was almost ready to order one on eBay, WHEN…
… when I moved to Milan and found out that THERE'S A SHOP THAT SELLS THEM.
I was with a friend when I saw them in the window. We run to the last floor where they keep them and looked at them in pure awe. Sadly though, there were no Apple Whites left. (Or better: there were some, but they were from another line, and I wanted the first one.)
So we decided to buy Madeline Hatter. At the moment neither of us had money, but last friday I went to buy a Madeline Hatter for this friend's birthday and… surprise surprise?
THEY HAD RESTOCKED THE FIRST APPLE WHITE!
God bless Milan. Sorry, Milan, for all the nasty things I said about you. Yes, you're cold and grey and messy, but you gave me Apple White. Now I'm finally remembering why I used to love you so much.
(I guess you can't really understand why I'm so glad I could find a doll that's probably in every store in the U.S.. Well, U.S. citizens, let me tell you that you're very, VERY lucky people on so many levels.)

I took a picture of my friend's gift before packing it :D it's really beautiful. I think I'll buy it anyways, sooner or later.

Here she is, but I have to say she's way cuter than this picture shows.

These are beautiful dolls, really. Their quality is the same of Monster High Dolls and their structure is pretty much the same; the only difference is that, while Monster High dolls re-interpretate alternative styles and horror stories, these one are based on fairy-tales and thus feature sweeter outfits and styles.
There are actually a few Ever After High dolls that have darker colours and gothier outfits, like Raven Queen:

But that's because she's supposed to be the villain, and villains are traditionally portrayed in these colours and styles.
I'm so glad I bought one of these dolls. If you're a fan of Monster High Dolls, you'll surely appreciate the beauty of these new ones, their attention for details, the creativity in their styles.
This is going to be my next purchase, by the way: Blondie Locks.

Doesn't she look a bit like Alice from Alice in Wonderland ;)? In any case, she's gorgeous!

See you next week ;D*

Halloween / Lucca Comics & Games outfits + purchases!

Hey <3 I'm back <3!
(I really wasn't gone for long, but since I was away from home and didn't have the time and Internet connection to update my blog, it really feels like I'm back to me XD.)
So!
This time I have pictures of the usual comic convention I go to every year, Lucca Comics & Games. This year I decided to really dress up, and in fact I was taken pictures of along the way, which made me very proud and gave me a considerable ego boost… XD
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take legit outfit pics. I really didn't, 'cause it took six hours and a half to get there (it usually takes three and a half), when we got there we were super late and had to visit places in a hurry, and when I got to the hotel all I wanted was to take off my clothes (my wig especially) and take a shower.
While the second day it took us more than two hours to drive through 30 kms, which is insane; and our and a half was spent a hundred meters away from the toll booth. There was that much traffic. And when the second day ended we had to head home, so, again, no proper outfit pics.

But! I have some pictures where you can see my outfit. I'm going to show them to you, even though I'm aware that you can't see the first day outfit very well. That's too bad 'cause it was my favourite XD

(right-click and open in new tab for better quality & details :D)

This is the only pic where you can actually see my blouse D: by the way, it was the same I was wearing at the Harajuku Fashion Walk :D
(Oh, and that one on the right is Creamy Mami. Did you watch the anime too when you were children XD?)

Castiel from Supernatural <3 he doesn't really resemble him, but I have to say his face was totally in character.
Also, here you can see I was wearing that pink&black thingy I bought ages ago and never got the chance yo wear XD

And these are Chip 'n' Dale XD I learned to read in italic thanks to them.
Here you can see the mini-hat even better <3 oh, I wish I could wear it more often T__T

And this is all I have for the first outfit. What you can't see is the earring and nail stickers I was wearing, so here they are:

And these are the rings; the first one was part of an Alchemy bracelet that got broken, so I kept the ring and the bracelets separated.

I bought the other two at Lucca Comics & Games.
One features Daenerys Targaryen from the HBO show Game of Thrones (I was looking for something with Cersei on it, but they had run out of Cerseis. On the second day…! Which is good because I've always loved her but couldn't find someone who shared my love for her; now that she's starting to grow on people, they're all buying the merchandise featuring her and they're stealing it from me ;O; and I deserve it more because I've loved her since the very beginning!).
The other one features Oscar and Marie Antoinette from Versailles no Bara. My very first otp.

Please note that I wasn't feeling entirely fulfilled with this ring, so I went looking for figures. I found a too expensive one of Oscar, and then I found some gashapons. I only bought the Marie Antoinette one, but there was Oscar too.

And this is the minihat.

I have more pics of the second outfit - and, more importantly, they were taken in the daylight.
This time, no black hearts on other people, since cosplayers are well aware that their faces are going to end up all over the Internet. So.

This is me in the place I really belong to. With a friend cosplaying Tyrion, and who told me I should cosplay Cersei. I would gladly if I thought I had an ounce of the beauty it would take to do that.

Ok, I only wanted to show you this one because FOR FUCK'S SAKE LOOK AT THAT LOKI. He's fucking identical. It's fucking him!!

Oohh, there! Here you can see my outfit. Right click and open in new tab for better view :).

Aw <3 she's my favourite character from Shingeki no Kyojin (whom I was also asked to cosplay. I don't know why people keep asking me to cosplay beautiful blonde ladies, which I'm not).

Mikasa, my other favourite character from Shingeki no Kyojin, plus a decent view of my outfit.

And Hanji, another character from SnK. In this pic you can see my accessories properly.
As you can see, I was wearing the black cross ring from the day before, my two new rings (which you can't see here XD but when I got to the The Walking Dead stand for the second time, the owner recognized me by my rings XD!) and THIS.
HERMIONE'S TIME TURNER!

Oh, I had been looking for that for ages! Or better: I had been looking for a cheap one for ages, and I found it. That booth sold some really amazing stuff, I should really retrieve their business card 'cause I'm definitely going to buy some more stuff from them.

And then I'm wearing that red wig I bought some time ago. I'm a bit annoyed that you can't see my stockings 'cause they were really cute with their lace and their bows :D but the important thing is that you can see my cutsew, which I bought, I don't know how many years ago, spent tons of money on, and never got to wear because it has a lolita cut and I didn't know it, and I had nothing to match it with XD

Oh, and then there's this lovely choker Audronasha gave me when I purchased that jsk from her :)

And finally, my Halloween outfit.
I really didn't put much effort in it; I had just come back from Milan, after being in university all day and a three-hours travel home. I had to come home early 'cause we were getting up early the following day in order to get to Lucca at a reasonable hour (which we didn't manage to), so we just had pizza with our friends but didn't go out with them later, so there was no point in dressing up.
Actually this is just an everyday outfit… XD

You can't even see the spiderweb pattern on my tights… gah D: well, I hope at least you can see the shredded shirt :D I was going for a kind of witchy look, but I just wanted to hint at Halloween, not to put on a costume, so I guess the ensemble was ok after all.
I'm wearing my Alchemy pendant:

The lovely necklace Madame Mari Mortem handcrafted:

And a few rings, I guess one was the same I was wearing in Lucca.

I didn't even put on a wig, I'm so ashamed D: but I was so busy preparing for Lucca Comics I totally forgot about Halloween T__T

So that's it for today <3 next time I'll show you a few new purchases, and there might even be a review ò_O
Have a nice weekend :*

Harajuku Fashion Walk in Venice, 2nd edition

Hey :D!
I'm back again, and this time with very nice pics <3. (I can say that, 'cause I'm not the one who took them XD.) Last sunday I went to the Harajuku Fashion Walk that took place in Venice, for the second time, and I had a really nice day. I also modeled for a gothic photoshoot and I can't wait to show it to you guys <3 but I first should find the girl who took it; meanwhile, I'll show you other pictures of the event.
This time me and my friend Beatrice were the only lolitas. There were a couple other girls who had an outfit that reminded of lolita, but I'm talking proper lolitas, according to the style's rules. This time there were quite a lot of goths and metalheads, that don't have anything to do with the theme of the walk… I mean, it wasn't the "alternatives fashion walk", it was the "Harajuku Fashion Walk", so I think people should at least do the effort to come properly dressed. You can go to other events, there are plenty of goth events everywhere… but enough with the ranting. Onto the pictures.

(right-click and open in new tab for better quality)

[Really sorry about not showing the faces, but I couldn't ask every single person whether I had their permission to show them, so… XD]

[My outfit. You can't really see my blouse, which sucks because it was so cute; by the way that jacket was amazing on that outfit, 'cause it created a bustle on the back,  which you can see on the following pic:]

[I loved how it made my jsk look even prettier :D]

[This man was so lovely, and also very good in his job. He told me how to pose and how to smile and how to lean and stuff.]

[I love how my skirt looks in this pic. That jacket really did wonders for my jsk :D]

[This is me and my friend Beatrice, who might be reading right now :D. I love this pic so much, not only because it came out really good, and I like how we posed, but also because me and Beatrice are always taken pics of together, 'cause our styles contrast so much :D by the way, I love her classic taste, and she's always flawless in how she dresses, even in her everyday life.]

[This one was taken by my boyfriend, and I think it's really cute. I especially like how she came out, this filter is perfect for the colours of her outfit.]

[Here we were having a strife and yelling things like "en garde, you felon!"]

And then there were close-ups on my face, which I won't post here 'cause you'd only see a black heart. But as soon as I get my photoshoot, I'll post it here :D I hope you liked this pics in the meantime <3
Have a nice sunday ;*
