Halloween / Lucca Comics & Games outfits + purchases!

Hey <3 I'm back <3!
(I really wasn't gone for long, but since I was away from home and didn't have the time and Internet connection to update my blog, it really feels like I'm back to me XD.)
So!
This time I have pictures of the usual comic convention I go to every year, Lucca Comics & Games. This year I decided to really dress up, and in fact I was taken pictures of along the way, which made me very proud and gave me a considerable ego boost… XD
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take legit outfit pics. I really didn't, 'cause it took six hours and a half to get there (it usually takes three and a half), when we got there we were super late and had to visit places in a hurry, and when I got to the hotel all I wanted was to take off my clothes (my wig especially) and take a shower.
While the second day it took us more than two hours to drive through 30 kms, which is insane; and our and a half was spent a hundred meters away from the toll booth. There was that much traffic. And when the second day ended we had to head home, so, again, no proper outfit pics.

But! I have some pictures where you can see my outfit. I'm going to show them to you, even though I'm aware that you can't see the first day outfit very well. That's too bad 'cause it was my favourite XD

(right-click and open in new tab for better quality & details :D)

This is the only pic where you can actually see my blouse D: by the way, it was the same I was wearing at the Harajuku Fashion Walk :D
(Oh, and that one on the right is Creamy Mami. Did you watch the anime too when you were children XD?)

Castiel from Supernatural <3 he doesn't really resemble him, but I have to say his face was totally in character.
Also, here you can see I was wearing that pink&black thingy I bought ages ago and never got the chance yo wear XD

And these are Chip 'n' Dale XD I learned to read in italic thanks to them.
Here you can see the mini-hat even better <3 oh, I wish I could wear it more often T__T

And this is all I have for the first outfit. What you can't see is the earring and nail stickers I was wearing, so here they are:

And these are the rings; the first one was part of an Alchemy bracelet that got broken, so I kept the ring and the bracelets separated.

I bought the other two at Lucca Comics & Games.
One features Daenerys Targaryen from the HBO show Game of Thrones (I was looking for something with Cersei on it, but they had run out of Cerseis. On the second day…! Which is good because I've always loved her but couldn't find someone who shared my love for her; now that she's starting to grow on people, they're all buying the merchandise featuring her and they're stealing it from me ;O; and I deserve it more because I've loved her since the very beginning!).
The other one features Oscar and Marie Antoinette from Versailles no Bara. My very first otp.

Please note that I wasn't feeling entirely fulfilled with this ring, so I went looking for figures. I found a too expensive one of Oscar, and then I found some gashapons. I only bought the Marie Antoinette one, but there was Oscar too.

And this is the minihat.

I have more pics of the second outfit - and, more importantly, they were taken in the daylight.
This time, no black hearts on other people, since cosplayers are well aware that their faces are going to end up all over the Internet. So.

This is me in the place I really belong to. With a friend cosplaying Tyrion, and who told me I should cosplay Cersei. I would gladly if I thought I had an ounce of the beauty it would take to do that.

Ok, I only wanted to show you this one because FOR FUCK'S SAKE LOOK AT THAT LOKI. He's fucking identical. It's fucking him!!

Oohh, there! Here you can see my outfit. Right click and open in new tab for better view :).

Aw <3 she's my favourite character from Shingeki no Kyojin (whom I was also asked to cosplay. I don't know why people keep asking me to cosplay beautiful blonde ladies, which I'm not).

Mikasa, my other favourite character from Shingeki no Kyojin, plus a decent view of my outfit.

And Hanji, another character from SnK. In this pic you can see my accessories properly.
As you can see, I was wearing the black cross ring from the day before, my two new rings (which you can't see here XD but when I got to the The Walking Dead stand for the second time, the owner recognized me by my rings XD!) and THIS.
HERMIONE'S TIME TURNER!

Oh, I had been looking for that for ages! Or better: I had been looking for a cheap one for ages, and I found it. That booth sold some really amazing stuff, I should really retrieve their business card 'cause I'm definitely going to buy some more stuff from them.

And then I'm wearing that red wig I bought some time ago. I'm a bit annoyed that you can't see my stockings 'cause they were really cute with their lace and their bows :D but the important thing is that you can see my cutsew, which I bought, I don't know how many years ago, spent tons of money on, and never got to wear because it has a lolita cut and I didn't know it, and I had nothing to match it with XD

Oh, and then there's this lovely choker Audronasha gave me when I purchased that jsk from her :)

And finally, my Halloween outfit.
I really didn't put much effort in it; I had just come back from Milan, after being in university all day and a three-hours travel home. I had to come home early 'cause we were getting up early the following day in order to get to Lucca at a reasonable hour (which we didn't manage to), so we just had pizza with our friends but didn't go out with them later, so there was no point in dressing up.
Actually this is just an everyday outfit… XD

You can't even see the spiderweb pattern on my tights… gah D: well, I hope at least you can see the shredded shirt :D I was going for a kind of witchy look, but I just wanted to hint at Halloween, not to put on a costume, so I guess the ensemble was ok after all.
I'm wearing my Alchemy pendant:

The lovely necklace Madame Mari Mortem handcrafted:

And a few rings, I guess one was the same I was wearing in Lucca.

I didn't even put on a wig, I'm so ashamed D: but I was so busy preparing for Lucca Comics I totally forgot about Halloween T__T

So that's it for today <3 next time I'll show you a few new purchases, and there might even be a review ò_O
Have a nice weekend :*

Harajuku Fashion Walk in Venice, 2nd edition

Hey :D!
I'm back again, and this time with very nice pics <3. (I can say that, 'cause I'm not the one who took them XD.) Last sunday I went to the Harajuku Fashion Walk that took place in Venice, for the second time, and I had a really nice day. I also modeled for a gothic photoshoot and I can't wait to show it to you guys <3 but I first should find the girl who took it; meanwhile, I'll show you other pictures of the event.
This time me and my friend Beatrice were the only lolitas. There were a couple other girls who had an outfit that reminded of lolita, but I'm talking proper lolitas, according to the style's rules. This time there were quite a lot of goths and metalheads, that don't have anything to do with the theme of the walk… I mean, it wasn't the "alternatives fashion walk", it was the "Harajuku Fashion Walk", so I think people should at least do the effort to come properly dressed. You can go to other events, there are plenty of goth events everywhere… but enough with the ranting. Onto the pictures.

(right-click and open in new tab for better quality)

[Really sorry about not showing the faces, but I couldn't ask every single person whether I had their permission to show them, so… XD]

[My outfit. You can't really see my blouse, which sucks because it was so cute; by the way that jacket was amazing on that outfit, 'cause it created a bustle on the back,  which you can see on the following pic:]

[I loved how it made my jsk look even prettier :D]

[This man was so lovely, and also very good in his job. He told me how to pose and how to smile and how to lean and stuff.]

[I love how my skirt looks in this pic. That jacket really did wonders for my jsk :D]

[This is me and my friend Beatrice, who might be reading right now :D. I love this pic so much, not only because it came out really good, and I like how we posed, but also because me and Beatrice are always taken pics of together, 'cause our styles contrast so much :D by the way, I love her classic taste, and she's always flawless in how she dresses, even in her everyday life.]

[This one was taken by my boyfriend, and I think it's really cute. I especially like how she came out, this filter is perfect for the colours of her outfit.]

[Here we were having a strife and yelling things like "en garde, you felon!"]

And then there were close-ups on my face, which I won't post here 'cause you'd only see a black heart. But as soon as I get my photoshoot, I'll post it here :D I hope you liked this pics in the meantime <3
Have a nice sunday ;*

Draculaura Picture Day + Outfit!

Hi :D!
How are you doing?
I've been doing fine: lately I've bought some new figures I wanted and a new Monster High Doll. It's a Draculaura (what a shocker!), to be precise the Picture Day Draculaura. She's super cute.

Awww! She's lovely. I fell in love with her shoes and her hairdo. One thing I love about Draculaura is that they're basically working with three colours - black, pink and white - and the same perky goth style, and they always come up with original and amazing outfits.

I couldn't take a better picture of these shoes. I don't know about you, but I would wear them instantly.

I love how detailed the accessories are.

Make-up and earrings <3 they're little pink cammeos <3

And a close-up on her hairdo. She has odangos and the cutest hairband.
I have nine Monster High Dolls right now, and I'm planning on purchasing a new one, Catty noir: just look at it.

I just can't not have it. Black skin and pink hair *__* this might be the most beautiful Monster High ever produced. I just hope it gets to Italy :/

And then there's the outfit <3 which I wore yesterday night to hang out with my friends.

Those leggings were a great purchase, I'm wearing them almost everyday :D. They just go with everything I own. Luckily, yesterday night it was quite cold and I got the chance to wear my beloved New Rocks <3
I also got compliments from a Kiko salesgirl who noticed my ring and went "omg I love you so much for wearing that ring" and asked me where I'd bought it, and I told her I'd bought it at a manga shop, and the other salesgirl turned around and went "did you buy it at *name of the manga shop*? I want it too, I'm so jealous, it's so amazing" and that went on for a while XD (all this while I was paying for my lipgloss, so we kind of blocked the line XD)
Sometimes people stop me to compliment me on some of my accessories, it usually happens with this ring and my Jeffrey Campbell spiked Litas :D I told my boyfriend that THIS is the reason why I freak out every time I go out without the right accessories. How many compliments from strangers am I missing by leaving them at home?!

Does it ever happen to you, to have some strangers complimenting you on your look :)? Isn't it the nicest feeling in the world <3?

Zombie Walk Outfit...?

On September 15th there is going to be a Zombie Walk in my city. This is the second time I participate and last year my outfit was quite lame. That's because I didn't have the time to think of a better one. But this time I want to pull out something good, so in the last days I've been thinking about my make-up and clothing.
I had in mind something like this:

This is Ashlotte, a bonus character from Soul Calibur IV. I don't mean to just do a zombie-cosplay; what I want to imitate is the structure that's under the gown (which if I'm not wrong is called "crinoline"). She's wearing black ripped lace tights, which I can make (I mean, I can buy them and then rip them :D), Mary Janes (I can use my Bodyline shoes, the ones I posted pictures of in the Monthly Theme) and a corset. I have a corset from Burleska that I've been waiting to wear for months: I bought it last winter and I've waited for summer to come so that I could wear it, only to find out that it's too elegant to go anywhere. But nothing is out of place at the Zombie Walk.

Here it is, in all its magnificence :D

The only problem is that I don't know how to build the understructure of the skirt. I once saw a tv program (I think it was Mad Fashion with Chris March) in which a stylist made something like this with plastic bones and cable ties. But since it has to be visible, I can't use cable ties to link the hoops, so I'll probably have to go for glue, which is very likely to fail.
Also, I don't have a proper skirt. The perfect dress for this would be this one:

Which is also by Burleska, and I've longed for this beauty for ages. But it'd be pretty expensive for something that I'd use just once and I'd probably dirty with fake blood (speaking of which: I have to find a good one. Possibly one that isn't dangerous for my skin and that lasts longer than an hour, and it would be great if it didn't come off in pieces after a short walk...  any suggestions? ;_;)

And then there's make up... God, I'm so bad at it. Plus I've got very deep set eyes, which are very hard to work with, and the risk that I run painting them in dark colours is to make them look even more deep set, which gives me a very unhealthy and dead-tired look (which may actually look good on a zombie, but you know, I want to be a pretty zombie!).
So, make up. The first thing I need to learn to do is wounds. But I'm clueless. Last year I used red and black lipstick and fake blood, and then put a little purple eyeshadow around the wound. It came out quite good, but this year I want something more striking, and buying a fake wound would just take all the fun away. I guess I'll just look for some tutorials on youtube :D here's the effect I'd like to obtain:

[Source: Google Images]

With pieces of rotting skin and a fresh open wound.

As regards the base, I put on some white powder and drew some veins with a light blue make-up pencil. This time I'll remember to put the powder on my whole body and not just on the face... which I don't really need to do considering how pale I am :D

Well, we'll see what I'll come up with. For now, I'll post the outfit I wore last Sunday to go to the mall :)

You can't really see it but I'm wearing a necklace and a rosary :D

These ones are new <3 I bought them last week, together with an AMAZING black lace hat which I must show you as soon as possible.
I just hate that I don't have my black nail polish on >_<
